Aerospace Engineering & Qualification
We help suppliers navigate the technical requirements involved in bringing new products to airlines and MROs. From early evaluations through qualification work, we help position products for successful adoption.
Sixteen years inside commercial aerospace
We work with suppliers on engineering and qualification, project management, and customer introductions. From the first technical review to wider adoption across the fleet, our job is to help good products get on the aircraft. Texas-based, working across the U.S., Mexico, and Central America.
Most of our work falls into one of these. Many projects involve all three.
We help suppliers navigate the technical requirements involved in bringing new products to airlines and MROs. From early evaluations through qualification work, we help position products for successful adoption.
Aerospace projects involve multiple teams, long timelines, and approval processes that can stall if no one is watching. We keep projects moving — coordinating across teams, tracking milestones, and following up when things go quiet.
With more than sixteen years inside commercial aviation and MRO operations, we help suppliers understand the industry, find the right opportunities, and avoid common roadblocks that slow adoption.
Our process spells out our industry. The same three things shape every supplier engagement we take on.
Every project starts with the right conversation. We help suppliers get their products in front of the engineers, maintenance teams, quality groups, and buyers who evaluate and approve new parts. The goal isn't more meetings — it's the right ones.
Our pricing is based on your success — no sales, no fee. We’re confident in our impact and committed to earning value through real, measurable outcomes.
Our mission is simple: help you sell more, faster. We simplify the path from product to purchase, aligning your offering with the technical and operational needs of the aerospace world.
Sealant Remover Tool (SRT)
In 2020 a retired airline engineer called us about a sealant removal tool he'd been working on. Anyone who's done sealant removal knows the job — slow, manual, and different at every shop.
We worked with him on technical refinements, coordinated live demos at more than ten MROs, and walked the tool through engineering reviews and qualification with Boeing and MHIRJ. The engineers told us what to change. He went back, fixed it. We ran the next round.
Today the tool is approved by Boeing and MHIRJ. Sales grow every month.
Airlines
MROs
And many more.
ConnectMRO has spent more than sixteen years across commercial aviation and MRO operations — working with airlines, maintenance organizations, and suppliers on engineering, maintenance, project execution, and business development. We have worked directly with the teams responsible for evaluating, qualifying, purchasing, and supporting new products in real airline and MRO environments.
ConnectMRO was built on a simple idea: good products should have a clear path to the people who can benefit from them. We combine that experience with long-standing relationships across airlines and MROs throughout the United States, Mexico, and Central America to help suppliers move from first introduction to product adoption.
"The aviation industry runs on trust, experience, and proven results. Our job is to help good products earn all three."
